Polivaks SV-6, is a high performance wax used to release the polyester casting and gelcoat from the mold or model. It is used stand alone. On the pre-used molds, wax should be applied and directly polished. On the glossy and low risk molds, you can obtain up to 5-6 series production with one wax application. You can also prefer Polivaks PV-7 which is spray version of Polivaks SV-6

Polivaks Ekonomik, is used to release molds for polyester castings and gelcoat applications from the mold or model. It is used stand alone. On the pre-used molds, wax should be applied and polished after 15 minutes.

For the new models and molds
For the new models and molds, the first 3 series of production must be made with
Polivaks N and Polivaks SIVI PVA Liquid release agent couple, then
- You can prefer Polivaks EKO PVA for quick production with thin PVA film,
where product surface gloss is not necessary
- You can prefer Polivaks SIVI PVA on mold surfaces which are risky and porous,
where product surface gloss is not necessary.
- For quick production and to obtain glossy product, Polivaks SV-6 wax or
Polivaks PV-7 spray wax can bu used stand alone.
- For quick production and economic type you can prefer
Polivaks Ekonomik stand alone.

Polivaks N High Performance System Wax
Polivaks N is a wax used on new, repaired or high risk level molds. Polivaks N is applied before the PVA agent which are Polivaks SIVI PVA or Polivaks EKO PVA liquid mold release agents. On the new, risk molds wax should be applied and polished after 15 minutes then liquid release agents are applied.
